Pan/tilt now working from ground station with working tower on rover. Need to integreate tower node on modbus bus for that node, but overall working.

Compass now responds to heading (when we get one) and moves nicely and smoothly on the GUI. Made a new compass image as the old one was bad.

Working on odometry. Got firmware and ros node separating out gps/imu data. Needs to get sent to the right topics, but hard part is done!
