Wrote the base of rover_control. Currently drives rover using FrSky. Needs tuning.

Compass now responds to heading (when we get one) and moves nicely and smoothly on the GUI. Made a new compass image as the old one was bad.

Added Iris status for voltage on Rover. Nav testing launch changes.
